• For business cards set up as consolidated pay, the Business Primary Sub Account holders annual fee will be rebated
• Upgraded and switched cards are excluded. 
• New card accounts must be approved between September 23, 2024, and November 30, 2024.
• Card activation must be completed between September 23, 2024, and December 31, 2024
